Refund Policy

AstraVeda is provided by TheDhingraStudio, operated by Chhavi Dhingra, based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Summary: Paid AstraVeda reports are personalised digital products generated after PayPal payment is verified. Once personalised report generation begins, a refund is generally not available except for the limited cases below or where applicable law gives you a non-excludable right.

1. Personalised Digital Reports

Paid reports are created from the birth data, chart calculations, selected focus area, and forecast horizon you provide. Because the report is generated specifically for you and begins delivery electronically after payment verification, it cannot normally be returned once generation has started.

Where applicable law requires it, checkout will ask you to give express consent for immediate supply of personalised digital content and to acknowledge any resulting loss of a cancellation or withdrawal right.

2. When We May Refund or Recreate a Report

We will review requests in good faith and may issue a refund or provide a replacement report in limited circumstances, including:

  • Verified technical failure — payment was successfully captured, but AstraVeda did not generate or deliver an accessible report because of a technical error on our side;
  • Duplicate successful payment — you were charged more than once for the same requested report because of a processing error;
  • Verified payment mismatch — a payment was captured in error and no requested personalised report was generated.

3. Situations That Usually Do Not Qualify for a Refund

Except where consumer law requires otherwise, a refund is generally not available because:

  • You changed your mind after report generation began or after the report was delivered;
  • You are dissatisfied with the style, content, symbolic interpretation, prediction, remedy, or conclusion in a report;
  • The report did not confirm what you expected or hoped to hear;
  • You provided inaccurate birth data, including an incorrect date, time, or place of birth;
  • You purchased a report for another person and that person is dissatisfied.

4. How to Request Help

Please contact us promptly if you believe a technical or billing issue occurred. Include the name used for the report, the approximate purchase date, and the relevant PayPal order or transaction reference. Do not email card numbers, bank-account details, passwords, or payment credentials.

5. Payment Disputes

Please contact us first so that we can investigate a delivery or payment issue. If a payment dispute is opened through PayPal or another payment provider, we may provide records relevant to the transaction, such as payment status, report-generation status, and delivery evidence, to respond to the dispute.

6. Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not remove any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer-protection law that applies to you.
